In the late 1990's, section 23 group's President, Robert Ollerenshaw, began transitioning his family business and land holdings from their traditional roots in ranching and farming towards Robert's interests and aptitude in Architecture and Urban Development.

This transition first culminated in a partnership with Hopewell Residential Communities for the design and development of the award-winning Copperfield community. In addition, ollerenshaw enterprises has been an active participant with Hopewell in the design of the new community of Mahogany.

While ollerenshaw enterprises has historically focused on residential property development, and will continue to do so, the company is in the process of evaluating a number of opportunities in commercial and industrial real-estate.
